HOW IT WORKS
Understand First. Then Decide What Comes Next.
10 focused hours with Nitin. A scoped diagnosis in 48 to 72 hours. Then, where needed, support through stabilization and rebuilding.
“No prescription without a diagnosis.”

WHEN SOMETHING DOES NOT FEEL RIGHT
Being Busy Does Not Always Mean the Business Is Healthy.
“I have money rotating in my bank account, but I do not understand: am I doing good, or am I just being busy? And what next?”
That is where the process begins. Not with a forecast. Not with a generic recommendation. With understanding what is actually happening.
THE NAJ ADVISORY PROCESS
3 Phases. One Clear Path Forward.
PHASE 01 — DIAGNOSE
10 Hours to Understand Where You Stand.
Nitin works with the owner and business to understand the numbers, obligations, pressure points and decisions behind the situation. No assumptions and no templates.
NEXT — A scoped diagnosis in approximately 48 to 72 hours.
WHAT THIS MAY INCLUDE
13-Week Cash Flow
Debt and Obligation Map
Written Diagnosis
Prioritized Action List
PHASE 1
10 Hours to Understand Where You Stand.
WHAT THIS MAY INCLUDE
13-Week Cash Flow
A clearer view of near-term cash requirements and timing.
MAY INCLUDE
Debt & Obligation Map
A practical view of what is owed, when, and where pressure exists.
MAY INCLUDE
Written Diagnosis
A clear explanation of what Nitin sees in the business.
MAY INCLUDE
Prioritized Action List
What requires attention first, what can wait, and what may come next.
10 HOURS
Focused Investigation
Nitin works with the owner and business to understand the numbers, obligations, pressure points and decisions behind the situation.
48–72 HOURS
Scoped Diagnosis
A focused delivery based on what the situation actually requires.
IMPORTANT
Every situation is different
The diagnosis determines the next scope; no identical package is promised.
NEXT
Start With the Diagnosis →
Begin with a focused conversation.
THE DECISION POINT
Not Every Business Needs the Same Next Step.
STABILIZE
Immediate pressure needs visibility, deliberate decisions and room to breathe.
REBUILD
Once control exists, create a practical operating rhythm for what comes next.
THE SCOPE FOLLOWS THE PROBLEM
The diagnosis determines whether stabilization, rebuilding or another direction is appropriate.
→
START WITH CLARITY
No prescription without a diagnosis.
Create Control Before Chasing Growth.
When financial pressure is immediate, the priority is to create visibility, protect options and make deliberate decisions rather than reacting to every new problem.
“I know how to multiply by 2. The question is: what is the road map to get there?”
A better number means little without a believable path behind it.

PHASE 3
Move From Surviving the Month to Seeing What Comes Next.
Once the immediate pressure is under control, the focus moves toward rebuilding financial visibility and a practical operating rhythm for the business.
12-Month Budget
A practical financial road map connected to how the business actually operates.
KPI Dashboard
A small set of meaningful numbers that help leadership see what is changing before it becomes a crisis.
Ongoing CFO Oversight
Regular financial oversight where continued support is appropriate.
Decision Framework
Tools the owner and leadership team can continue using beyond the engagement.
Visibility
Make the next decision with better information.
The Objective
The objective is not dependence on an advisor. It is better visibility, better decisions and greater control.
Better visibility. Better decisions. Greater control.
WHY THIS APPROACH
A Deck Is Not the Finish Line.
01
DIAGNOSIS BEFORE PRESCRIPTION
Every business and every story is different.
02
SPEED WITH PURPOSE
10 hours of investigation. A scoped answer in approximately 48 to 72 hours.
03
EXECUTION MATTERS
The work does not automatically end when the recommendation is delivered.
04
TOOLS, NOT DEPENDENCE
The goal is to leave the client with a clearer way to think and decide.
05
SCOPE FOLLOWS THE PROBLEM
The next step depends on the diagnosis.
06
CLARITY OVER COMPLEXITY
Shorter path. Better decisions.
IS THIS THE RIGHT CONVERSATION?
You Probably Do Not Need More Reports. You Need Clarity.
This process may be relevant when:
• cash is moving, but you cannot clearly see where it is going
• obligations are beginning to pile up
• one difficult month could materially change the business
• vendor or lender conversations are becoming harder
• financial reporting explains what happened but not what to do next
If several of these sound familiar, the first step is not to assume the answer. It is to understand the problem.
Cash Is Moving
But the picture is unclear.
Obligations
Pressure is beginning to pile up.
Decisions
One difficult month could materially change the business.
Clarity
A realistic path matters more than an optimistic forecast.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Clear Questions. Clear Answers.
What happens during the first phase? +
Approximately 10 focused hours to understand the business, financial position, obligations and immediate pressure points.
What will I receive? +
The scope may include a 13-week cash flow forecast, debt and obligation mapping, a written diagnosis, prioritized actions or other work required by the situation.
How quickly will I receive the diagnosis? +
The intended scoped delivery is approximately 48 to 72 hours, depending on the situation and availability of the required information.
Do I have to continue into Phase 2 or Phase 3? +
No. The diagnosis determines what is appropriate next. Any further scope is discussed after Phase 1.
Does Nitin only provide recommendations? +
Where appropriate, the engagement can continue into stabilization and rebuilding, including cash management, negotiation support, budgeting, KPIs and ongoing CFO oversight.
Is this bookkeeping? +
No. NAJ Advisory focuses on financial turnaround, stabilization and decision-making rather than routine bookkeeping or payroll services.
Is the first call a free consulting session? +
The first call is for us to understand whether we are the right fit for each other. It is not a strategy session, and the advice begins with the diagnosis.
What does it cost? +
Fees depend on the scope of the diagnosis and are agreed before any work begins.
Questions are answered in the context of the situation.
